The TZL 750 automatic salting machine has been developed for the high-efficiency salting of nuts such as chickpeas, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews. It has a salting capacity of up to 750 kg of nuts or seeds per hour.

Like our other machines, the TZL 750 operates via an automated system; it features a stainless steel body and complies with World Health Organization standards.

The machine operates based on a two-stage rotation principle. During the first rotation, the drum moves clockwise, homogeneously mixing the nuts with salt, water, and other ingredients. Once the desired salt level is reached, the mixture is discharged into the elevator hopper. During the second rotation, the drum turns counter-clockwise.

Thanks to a load cell system, the salt ratio can be adjusted precisely. Ratios of salt, water, flavoring, and product are easily controlled via the PLC panel, ensuring consistent quality and process management throughout production.
