The PM D-120 Drum Roaster roasts nuts using salt within a rotating drum. Its roasting capacity ranges from 80 kg to 340 kg per hour, depending on the product being processed. The use of a heated drum and salt facilitates even roasting.

The PM D-120 is used to roast products such as pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, shelled hazelnuts, peanuts, and roasted chickpeas.

The rotating drum system helps prevent nut breakage through centrifugal force and allows for the easy discharge of products from the perforated basket.

This drum-style rotary roaster is constructed entirely from stainless steel. Fuel options for the machine include natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and diesel.
