BRUSHED TINY SHELL PEELING MACHINE is used to peel the thin shell of hazelnuts and peanuts and has become a favorite of companies that process these products. Before entering this machine, the products must enter as roasted, not raw. Thanks to the rubber brushes on the bottom and top of the products entering from the hopper, it quickly takes the shell of the peanut/hazelnut that intervenes and sends it out of the machine without the shell. During the peeling process, the remaining skins from the products are sent to the dust cyclone. 
Our machine can also be produced as semi-chrome or made entirely from AISI 304 chrome, depending on demand. It works with electricity. Our products have TSE, CE, and CSA qualifications and competence certificates.
