PAM ALP ROASTING MACHINE is a model that has taken its place in the market because it is used by medium-sized businesses to transition from shop type to a higher production stage. Our machine, which medium-sized enterprises use for the beginning of mass production, has a production capacity of at least 100 kg per hour. This model has one resting/humidity room, two roasting ovens, and one cooling room. The belt of our machine and the roasting temperature in the roasting rooms can be adjusted with a PLC panel. And as in our other belted and high-capacity roasting machines, this machine also has a brush and washing belt. Fuel options include Natural Gas, LPG, Diesel, Electricity, and Solid Fuel. Our products have TSE, CE, and CSA qualifications and competence certificates.

How to Work:

Nuts are transported by Z-Elevator in manual or fully automatic lines pass to the salting stage, and at this stage, the product comes out of the salting machine after being sauced or salted for a specific time. Afterward, it is transferred to the raw nut hopper of the roasting oven using a Z-Elevator or PVC elevator. Thirdly, the products pass through 2 roasting rooms and to the second resting room as homogeneously and evenly roasted. Finally, the nuts, which are cooled in the cooling room, are discharged to the sieve or storage vehicle that you will add from the output section of the machine with the help of a belt. It passes through the optionally supplied vibrating sieve to remove excess dust and salt on them. And the products are ready for the packaging stage.
