PM 1800 ROASTING MACHINE, which has become the favorite of large enterprises with its ability to meet the need for high-capacity production, can be used as a fully automatic, semi-automatic, or only roasting oven. There are 6 roasting rooms, 2 resting/humidity rooms, and 2 cooling rooms. This machine, which has a roasting capacity of at least 1,800 kg per hour, can reach a capacity of up to 2,500 kg per hour, depending on the product to be roasted.
The belt of our machine and the roasting temperature in the roasting rooms can be adjusted with a PLC panel, as in our other belted machines. As in our other belted and high-capacity roasting machines, this machine also has a brush and washing belt. Fuel options include Gas, LPG, Diesel Fuel, Electricity, and Solid Fuel. Our products have TSE, CE, and CSA qualifications and competence certificates.

How to Work:

After the products are unloaded into the raw product chamber of the roasting machine, they first enter the resting/humidity room. Secondly,  they pass through the 6 roasting chambers, which you can adjust their heat separately. Later, the nuts and dried seeds are roasted homogeneously and evenly and pass into the second resting chamber. Finally, the nuts, cooled in the cooling room, are discharged to the sieve or storage vehicle that you will add from the output section of the machine with the help of the belt.
