PM 50 ROASTING MACHINE is a model that has taken its place in the market because medium-sized enterprises use it to transition from shop type to a higher production stage. Our machine has a production capacity of at least 50 kg per hour. This model has 2 roasting ovens and 1 cooling room. The difference from the retail nut production machine is that this model has an additional cooling feature. The products from the nut roasting oven can be quickly cooled and ready for the packaging process. Our nut-roasting machine can roast sunflower or pumpkin seeds and different products such as peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, chickpeas, macadamia nuts, pecan nuts, and similar products found in the world. Fuel options include Gas, LPG, Diesel, and Electricity. Our products have TSE, CE, and CSA qualifications and competence certificates.

How to Work:

After the products are emptied into the raw product chamber of the roasting machine, they pass through 2 roasting chambers where you can adjust their temperatures differently. Nuts, which are roasted homogeneously and evenly in the roasting rooms, are cooled in the cooling room and transferred to the sieve or storage vehicle that you will add from the exit section of the machine with the help of a belt.
