Thanks to the saveable recipe feature, you can choose which nuts you want to be roasted from hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, cashews, pistachios, seeds, etc. It can bring many roasting settings of the nuts with a click. This model also has two resting/humidity rooms, two roasting ovens, and one cooling room. The belt of our machine and the roasting temperature in the roasting rooms can be adjusted with a PLC panel, as in our other belted devices and our other belted and high-capacity roasting machines; this machine also has a brush and washing band. How to Work:

Z-Elevator transports nuts on manual or fully automatic lines that go to the salting stage. At this stage, the product comes out of the salting machine as sauced or salted for a certain period. Secondly, they are emptied into the raw product chamber of the roasting engine, and from there, they first enter the resting/humidity chamber. Thirdly, they move on to 2 roasting rooms where you can adjust the temperatures separately. Later, the nuts and dried fruits are roasted homogeneously and evenly and pass into the second resting chamber. Finally, the nuts, which are cooled in the cooling room, are discharged to the sieve or storage vehicle that you will add from the exit section of the machine with the help of a belt.
