TZL 1000 Automatic Salting Machine is a machine where you could be salted the nuts such as chickpeas, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews with a large capacity. You can salt 1000 kg of nuts or seeds in a single shot. As a result of this, we named it TZL 1000.  It has an automatic system and a stainless chrome body like our other machines. 
In addition to that, it has the standards of the World Food Health Organization. The machine operates with two rotations. At the first rotation, it mixes the nuts with salt, water, etc while running clockwise. After reaching the desired level for the nuts, it discharges the mixture to the elevator's bunker while running anti-clockwise at the second one. It is sensitive to salt ratio adjustment with the Load-Cell System. You could control all the salt, water, flavor, and product ratios with the PLC panel.
