The TZL 1000 automatic salting machine has been developed for the efficient and controlled salting of bulk products such as chickpeas, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews. It has a salting capacity of up to 1,000 kg of nuts or seeds per hour.

Like our other equipment, this machine operates via an automated system; it features a stainless steel body and complies with World Health Organization food safety standards.

The machine operates on a two-stage principle. In the first stage, the drum rotates clockwise while salt, water, and other ingredients are added to create a homogeneous mixture. Once the desired salt level is reached, the machine rotates counter-clockwise to transfer the mixture to the elevator hopper.

Precise salt ratios can be set thanks to a load cell system. Water, flavorings, ingredients, and other salting functions can be easily managed via the PLC control panel. This configuration ensures consistent product quality and process control throughout production.
