The Brush-Type Peeling Machine is used to remove the thin skins from hazelnuts and peanuts. Rubber belts located at the top and bottom of the machine help rapidly separate the skins from the roasted peanuts and hazelnuts entering the hopper.

Once the skins are separated, the peeled product is directed to the outlet. Dust and debris removed from the product during the cleaning process are channeled into the dust collection system.

The product must be roasted—not raw—before being fed into the machine.
