PAM PHILLIPUS Roasting Machine
The PAM PHILLIPUS Roasting Machine is an industrial roasting system developed to meet high-capacity production needs. Designed for large-scale enterprises, the machine adapts to various production processes thanks to its flexible structure, allowing it to operate in fully automatic or semi-automatic modes, or simply as a roasting oven.
The machine has a minimum roasting capacity of 6,000 kg per hour. Depending on the type of product being roasted, production capacity can reach up to 8,750 kg per hour. Its high capacity supports uninterrupted and efficient production processes.
The PAM PHILLIPUS Roasting Machine is equipped with eight roasting chambers, two resting/moistening chambers, and two cooling chambers. This configuration ensures controlled product processing and a smooth, orderly production flow.
As with our other high-capacity belt roasting machines, this model offers optional brush and washing belt features. Additionally, belt speed and temperatures within the roasting chambers can be easily adjusted via the PLC control panel. This allows for the precise management of roasting parameters tailored to different product types.
The machine can operate using Gas, LPG, Diesel, Electricity, or Solid Fuel. All our products are manufactured in compliance with TSE, CE, and CSA certification standards.
How It Works?
After the products are feeded into the roasting machine’s raw material hopper, they are first transferred to the resting/moistening chamber. Subsequently, the products undergo controlled processing as they pass through eight roasting sections, each with independently adjustable temperature settings.
Once the roasting process is complete, the nuts and dried fruits are transferred to a resting chamber. In the final stage, the products are cooled in a cooling chamber, directed to the machine’s discharge point, and conveyed via a belt system to the connected sieve or storage container. This process ensures a controlled production flow that promotes uniform and even roasting of the products.
