PM D-100 Drum Roaster
The PM D-100 Drum Roaster roasts nuts and seeds using salt within a rotating drum. Its roasting capacity ranges from 48 kg to 204 kg per hour, depending on the product being processed. The use of a heated drum and salt facilitates even roasting.
The PM D-100 is used to roast products such as pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, shelled hazelnuts, peanuts, and roasted chickpeas. The rotating roasting system utilizes centrifugal force to help prevent breakage and allows for the easy discharge of the product from the perforated basket.
This drum-style rotary roaster is constructed entirely from stainless steel. Fuel options for the machine include natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and diesel.
