PM D-80 Drum Roasting Machine
The PM D-80 Drum Roasting Machine roasts nuts using salt within a rotating drum. Its roasting capacity ranges from 16 kg to 48 kg per hour, depending on the product being processed.
The use of a heated drum and salt ensures even roasting. The PM D-80 is used to roast products such as pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, shelled hazelnuts, peanuts, and roasted chickpeas.
The rotating roasting system utilizes centrifugal force to help prevent nut breakage and facilitates the easy discharge of products from the perforated basket.
This drum-style rotary roasting oven is constructed entirely from stainless steel. Fuel options for the machine include natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and diesel.
