TZL 250 Automatic Salting Machine
The TZL 250 automatic salting machine is a high-capacity industrial solution developed for salting nuts such as chickpeas, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews. It has a salting capacity of up to 250 kg of nuts or seeds per hour.
Like our other machines, the TZL 250 operates via an automated system; it features a stainless steel body and complies with World Health Organization standards.
The machine operates based on a two-stage rotation principle. During the first stage, the drum rotates clockwise, homogeneously mixing the nuts with salt, water, and other ingredients. Once the desired salt level is reached, the drum reverses direction (counter-clockwise) to discharge the mixture into the elevator hopper, thereby completing the process.
The salt ratio can be precisely adjusted thanks to the integrated weighing system. Ratios for salt, water, flavoring, and product can be easily managed via the PLC control panel, ensuring consistent quality and process control throughout production.

How It Works?
Pre-set recipes are selected from the machine’s system, and ingredients are automatically added to the mixing drum according to the recipe specifications. The machine operates in two rotation cycles. During the first cycle, it rotates clockwise, mixing the nuts with salt, water, and other ingredients.
In the second cycle, it rotates counter-clockwise. Once the desired mixing level is reached, it discharges the mixture into an elevator hopper or a container.
You can manually control the proportions of salt, water, flavorings, and the product itself.
