TZL 501 Salting Machine
The TZL 501 salting machine is a small-capacity industrial machine designed for salting nuts such as chickpeas, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews. It features a chrome-plated stainless steel body and operates via a manual system. Like our other machines, it is manufactured from stainless steel and complies with World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
The machine can be used not only for salting but also for coating nuts with sauces or seasonings after the roasting process. Consequently, it can serve as a standalone coating machine depending on production needs. It is a practical solution widely preferred by retail outlets and stores.

How Does It Work?
The machine operates with two rotational movements. During the first rotation, it turns clockwise, mixing the nuts with salt, water, and other ingredients.
During the second rotation, it turns counter-clockwise. Once the desired mixing level is reached, it discharges the mixture into an elevator hopper or a container.
You can manually control the proportions of salt, water, flavorings, and the product itself.
