TZL 51 Salting Machine
The TZL 51 salting machine is a small-capacity industrial machine designed for salting nuts such as chickpeas, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews. It features a chrome-plated stainless steel body and operates via a manual system. Like our other machines, it is manufactured from stainless steel and complies with World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
The machine can be used not only for salting but also for seasoning nuts after the roasting process. Thanks to this feature, it can serve as a standalone seasoning machine depending on production needs. It offers a particularly practical and functional solution for retail outlets and stores.

How It Works?
The machine operates using a dual-rotation system. During the first rotation, the drum turns clockwise, mixing the nuts with salt, water, and other ingredients. During the second rotation, the drum turns counter-clockwise. Once the desired level is reached, the mixture is discharged into the elevator hopper. The ratios of salt, water, flavoring, and product can all be controlled manually.
